Mingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of aluminium castings and core making equipment. It has been providing high quality foundry equipment to customers continuously since 1999. Priding itself on first level foundry equipment technology, it has developed the aluminium casting business while providing high-end aluminium gravity casting parts for first-class domestic and oversea enterprises since 2003. Mingzhi has two aluminium foundry workshops, with total annual capacity of 14,000 tons. Main complex high-end casting products include: heat exchanger castings for condensing boiler industry, castings for locomotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, valve castings. WorkshoⅠwith annual capacity of 4,000 tons, it has modularized core making, core assembly, casting, cleaning, heat treatment, after-treatment, machining and inspection, allowing a flexible production approach to suit your needs. This modular approach also allows Mingzhi to satisfy both volume production and the ability to adapt to new product development and trial production. Workshop Ⅱ with annual capacity of 10,000 tons, it has been designed to handle volume production of complex thin wall castings.
